The St George Standard Variable Rate Home Loan offers you complete repayment flexibility with a full range of features. You can make as many additional payments as you want, as often as you like. Plus you may choose to have a partial or 100% interest offset facility and the ability to request redraws of additional payments made (subject to bank consent) over the phone or internet. Principal and interest or interest-based repayments are available. The interest rate on variable interest rate home loans moves up and down with interest rate changes, announced by the Reserve Bank of Australia. A fixed rate loan can be fixed at a particular interest rate for a period of time. Normally between 1 and 5 years.

Loans to Overseas Investors
The St George Complete Home Loan product suite is available to investors from overseas. It allows customers to borrow up to 80% of the valuation or purchase price, whichever is the lower.
Interest rates are the same as for any Australian or permanent resident residing in Australia.
